Sid Rawle " High Priest " of the hippy commune on Dorinish Island, Clew Bay which was owned by Beatle John Lennon and who gave permission to Sid Rawle to try and live there with his followers. The island is a wind swept island in Clew Bay with little or no shelter. Behind Sid can be seen the ruins of a former homestead on the island. August 1971
